EASE

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms govern your use of the EASE app and the EASE for Therapists app (together, the “Service”), operated by W3 Presence LLC, doing business as EASE. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 or older.

1. What EASE is

EASE is a marketplace that connects customers with independent, licensed massage therapists for in-home sessions. Therapists are independent professionals, not employees of EASE. EASE facilitates discovery, scheduling, messaging, and payment; it does not itself provide massage services.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity on your account. Verify your phone number and, where required, your identity. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Bookings & payment

Prices are shown before you confirm — the amount displayed is the all-in session price. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). You authorize EASE to charge your selected payment method for the session and any tip you add. Cancellation and refund terms are presented in the app at booking.

4. Acceptable use & safety

You agree to treat therapists and customers with respect and to use the Service lawfully. The following are prohibited: harassment, sexual solicitation, threats, discrimination, intoxication that endangers a session, or any illegal activity. In-app messaging must not be used for objectionable content. You can report or block another user at any time; EASE reviews reports and may suspend or remove accounts. Serious safety concerns are escalated immediately. EASE has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable behavior.

5. Ratings & content

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, ratings, reviews) but grant EASE a license to use it to operate and improve the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Independent therapists

EASE screens therapists per its published standards, but does not guarantee the outcome of any session. Therapists set their own availability and approach within EASE’s standards.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, EASE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from the acts of any independent therapist or customer.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

9. EASE text notifications

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, EASE may send you text messages about your bookings and account — for example booking requests, confirmations, arrival and cancellation notices, payment issues and, for therapists, new job offers. Agreeing is optional and never required to use EASE. This program is called EASE Text Notifications. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@try-ease.co. You can also turn “Service texts” off in the app under Notifications. We do not send marketing text messages, and opting out of texts does not affect your ability to use EASE. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
