For customers
How does EASE work? Choose a massage style and length, pick a time and place, and we match you with a licensed therapist nearby. You can watch them arrive in real time. They bring the table and everything else — you just relax.
Where is EASE available? We're launching in Los Angeles, with more cities coming soon.
Who are the therapists? Independent, licensed massage therapists. Every therapist passes identity and background screening before their first session, and we verify state licensure and insurance.
How much does it cost? Pricing is shown up front before you book, based on the style and length you choose (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes), plus a service fee. Tips are optional and go 100% to your therapist.
How do I pay? Securely in the app. We accept major cards, and HSA/FSA cards where eligible; receipts are emailed for reimbursement. You're only charged once a therapist confirms your booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel? Yes — from your Bookings. Free cancellation before the cancellation window; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to protect your therapist's time.
Is it safe? Yes. Therapists are vetted and rated, you can share your live session with a trusted contact, and 24/7 safety support is one tap away.
Couples or group massage? Yes — book a couples session (two therapists, side by side) in the app, or request a quote for parties and events from Profile → Group & events.
How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal/tax reasons.
For therapists
How do I join? Download EASE for Therapists and apply: add your license, specialties, and documents. Once you're verified and approved, go online and start receiving nearby requests.
What do I earn? You see the pay, distance, and client details before accepting any job. You keep 100% of your tips, and can cash out the same day with $0 transfer fees.
What if a client cancels or no-shows? You're covered — late cancellations and no-shows are protected, so your time isn't wasted.
Do I set my own schedule? Yes. Set your availability, service area, and specialties; go online when you want. You can build a book of repeat clients and standing weekly slots.
What about taxes? You're an independent contractor. The app tracks your earnings and provides a 1099 summary at tax time.
Requirements: a valid state massage license, liability insurance, and the ability to pass a background check. You bring your own table and supplies.
How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Troubleshooting
- Didn't get your sign-in code? Check signal, wait a moment, and tap resend. Make sure your number is entered correctly.
- Payment declined? Verify your card details, or try another payment method in the app.
- Therapist running late / no-show? Use the in-app chat or contact support; you're protected by our cancellation policy.
- App issue or feedback? Email easeappprovider@gmail.com with your device model and a short description.
