EASE

Safety Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Safety is core to EASE. This policy summarizes how we protect customers and therapists. It applies to everyone on the platform and supplements the Terms of Service.

Verification

Therapists complete identity verification (government ID + selfie) before their first session. Before approving a therapist to take bookings, EASE also reviews their California massage license (CAMTC) and proof of liability insurance, and completes a background screening.

In-session safety tools

Zero tolerance

Sexual solicitation, harassment, discrimination, threats, weapons, or intoxication that endangers a session result in immediate removal and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern is prohibited.

Boundaries

Massage is a professional wellness service. Any request for services outside a therapist's licensed scope, or any sexual request, is grounds for ending the session immediately with no penalty to the reporting party.

Reporting an emergency

If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) first, then contact support@try-ease.co.
