About the role
EASE (Try Ease) is a provider-first, in-home massage marketplace launching in Los Angeles. Licensed massage therapists use the EASE app to accept mobile bookings on their own schedule, keep 100% of their tips, and cash out the same day with zero fees. You bring your table; we bring the clients, scheduling, payments, and safety tooling.
Compensation
Base pay: about $83–$111 per session (60–90 minutes) — you keep 70% of every session's base. On top of that you keep 100% of your tips and 100% of paid add-ons & enhancements, plus 100% of any peak/surge and travel pay — none of it is commissioned. Everything is cashed out the same day with $0 fees. Actual earnings vary by session length, area, and demand; founding therapists get first pick of clients in Chatsworth.

What you’ll do
- Travel to clients’ homes, hotels, or offices for scheduled in-home massage sessions
- Provide professional massage (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and more) tailored to each client
- Bring and set up your own portable massage table, fresh linens, and oils
- Follow EASE safety protocols and communicate arrival/ETA and check-in/out through the app
- Maintain a clean, professional, and comfortable environment for every client
Requirements
- Active CAMTC / California massage therapy license in good standing
- Clean background check (EASE runs license + background screening)
- Your own portable massage table and linens
- Reliable transportation within your service area and a smartphone for the EASE app
